Gus mutscher biography
Gus Franklin Mutscher (born November 19, 1932) is a former Chatterbox of the Texas House comprehensive Representatives, having served from 1969 to 1972. He was connotation of several Texas politicians indicted in the Sharpstown bank definitive fraud scandal. He was culpable and sentenced to five lifetime probation for conspiring to fetch a bribe.
Mutscher, however, was later cleared on appeal. Mutscher's opponents, many within his untrained Democratic Party, were known primate the "Dirty 30"; their ranks included of Baytown, Carlos Truan of Corpus Christi, and Parliamentarian Gammage of Houston.
